What is a typical project like?
Our projects range from high-rise penthouses, to lake homes, to boutique commercial jobs and everything in between. It maybe just one room, a new construction project or a complete home renovation.
How much do you charge?
We’ve structured our charges to provide the best overall value to the client. There is a one-time fee for the first in-home consultation, then depending on the scope of the project and the designer, there is hourly range between ($125-$175). The hourly rate is typically waived when purchases of products are made though Haven.
What if anything should I avoid?
Beware of overpriced retailers with big overhead, big marketing expenses and shareholders. Beware of inflated prices with 50% off tags and “free” services.
Aren’t Interior Designers expense?
There’s nothing more expense than purchasing poor quality that isn’t comfortable after 6 months, or items that look good on-line or in a store only to find out the scale is wrong for your space. A good designer will help to eliminate those potential expensive DIY mistakes.
